Free Weekly In-person Breastfeeding Support Group – Coming Soon
Join a welcoming, judgment-free space to connect with other parents and talk through the real-life ups and downs of feeding your baby. This weekly group is designed as a peer discussion and support space, gently guided by an IBCLC.
Rather than a one-on-one consultation, this group focuses on shared experiences, general guidance, and community support. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from others, ask questions, and gain reassurance in a relaxed, informal setting.
What to expect:
- Open, parent-led discussion with IBCLC moderation
- General breastfeeding education and guidance
- A safe space to share experiences, challenges, and wins
- Encouragement and connection with other families
Topics may include:
- Early feeding experiences and expectations
- Latch, positioning, and comfort (general guidance)
- Pumping, bottles, and returning to work
- Supply concerns and normal feeding patterns
- Combo feeding and supplementation
- Starting solids and weaning conversations
This group is ideal for families looking for community, reassurance, and general support. For individualized care plans, feeding assessments, or more complex concerns, a separate one-on-one consultation is recommended.
Babies are always welcome—come as you are.
